With experience across a variety of elite and community sporting environments, Holly has worked with the Casey Demons (VFL), Melbourne Football Club (AFLW), and St Kevin’s Old Boys Football Club in the VAFA Premier Division. Holly has also completed her Strength and Conditioning and Pilates accreditations, further enhancing her expertise in exercise prescription, injury prevention, performance, and safe return to activity.
Outside the clinic, Holly enjoys staying active through the gym, Pilates, hiking, open water swimming and scuba diving. When she’s not keeping active, you’ll find Holly supporting Carlton or enjoying time with friends and family.
