Dan Tidmarsh

Physiotherapist

Dan is a physiotherapist who gets it, because he’s lived it. As someone who trains, competes, and genuinely loves sport and movement, Dan understands the frustration of being injured and the drive to get back to full speed. That personal connection to movement is what shapes the way he works with every patient.

With experience across private practice, hospital, and sporting environments, Dan has worked with athletes and active individuals across a diverse range of sports and activities, from rugby sevens and football to padel, cheerleading, and dodgeball, helping them recover from injury and return to training and competition with confidence.

What sets Dan apart is his philosophy. Rather than simply treating symptoms, he focuses on identifying the underlying drivers of injury and building strong, resilient bodies that can handle a patient’s physical demands and goals long-term. His approach blends evidence-based physiotherapy and manual therapy with strength and conditioning principles, meaning his patients don’t just recover, they come back better.

Dan takes a structured, goal-driven approach to care, developing progressive programs tailored to each individual. Shether the goal is returning to the gym, stepping back onto the field, or simply moving through daily life without pain, Dan places a strong emphasis on movement quality, load management, and injury prevention, giving his patients the tools and the confidence to stay well beyond their time in the clinic.

Dan manages a wide range of presentations including joint, muscle and tendon injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and persistent pain, always with an eye on outcomes that last.
