Yes, we have a HICAPS machine located at the clinic. We can therefore process your private health insurance on the spot, so you’ll only have to pay the gap. Remember to bring your private health insurance card to your appointment!

No referral is required to see a Physiotherapist. Physiotherapists can even refer for most medical imaging as well!
We require at least 24 hours notice, so that we your appointment can be given to someone else who needs one. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged a fee.
No! We only treat one person at a time. No leaving you in a room connected to a machine while we treat someone else!
